Photo & Video Usage Photos and videos may be taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes, including use on School Of Robotics (SOR) website and social media platforms. 2.Registration & Trial Slots Pre-registration is encouraged to secure your preferred activity or trial slot. Walk-ins are welcome, but trial sessions are subject to availability. 3.Trial Eligibility Trial sessions are available for children aged 4 years old and above. Sessions will be arranged based on age group and suitability. 4.Trial Experience Each child is entitled to one trial session. Trial classes are introductory in nature, and our trainers will provide recommendations for suitable programmes after the session. 5.Punctuality Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience, and slots may be released if participants do not show up. 6.Parent/Guardian Arrangement During Trial Parents/guardians will not accompany children during the trial session. This allows students to participate independently while our trainers conduct the session effectively. 7.Behaviour & Safety Participants are expected to follow instructions from our trainers to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s supervision before and after the session. Please inform our team in advance if your child has any medical conditions or special needs. 8.Personal Belongings Kindly take care of your personal belongings, as School Of Robotics (SOR) will not be responsible for any loss or damage. 9.Event Updates Programme details and schedules may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances. 10.Personal Data By submitting your details, you consent to School Of Robotics (SOR) using your information for event coordination and follow-up communication. 11.Liability While we take all reasonable precautions, School Of Robotics (SOR) will not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the event.
