1. Payment 1.1 Payment by cash, credit card (admin fee applies) or PayNow only, and must be made before the first class to confirm the slot. 2. Credits 2.1 Credits expire at the end of the registered holiday period and cannot be carried forward or refunded. 2.2 Credits can be shared among siblings (e.g. a family of three children can use the 3-day package of $540, one day per child), but cannot be transferred to another family. 2.3 No top-ups after initial purchase. Any additional registration is treated as a new purchase and charged at the published rates at the time of registration. 2.4 All credits are non-refundable and non-transferable, except stated in 2.2 3. Bookings & Attendance 3.1 Bookings must be made in advance, subject to availability. 3.2 Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the credit, unless a valid MC or proof of emergency is provided. 3.3 If SOR cancels a class, an alternative will be offered. 3.4 SOR may withdraw students for unsafe or inappropriate behaviour, without refund. 4. Health & Safety 4.1 Parents must declare all health conditions, allergies and dietary restrictions, and update SOR of any changes. 4.2 Students may not leave the premises during class unless the parent gives written approval via WhatsApp. SOR is not responsible for students once they leave. 4.4 Students are encouraged to bring a water bottle and jacket. 5. Lunch 5.1 Lunch is optional. If bringing their own, parents must inform SOR in advance to prevent wastage of food. 5.2 Menus are subject to availability. Alternatives of similar value will be provided where possible. 6. Photography & Media 6.1 Photos and videos may be taken during classes and used for marketing, including SOR's social media and website.
