Job Description: Are you passionate about robotics, coding, and inspiring young minds? Do you have the skills to empower children to explore the exciting world of technology? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Robotics and Coding Instructor.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching:

• Conduct robotics and coding classes for children aged from 3-16 years old.

• Create and deliver engaging lessons that inspire creativity and problem-solving.

• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.

2. Curriculum Development:

• Collaborate with our curriculum team to develop and enhance robotics and coding course materials.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in STEM education.

3. Mentoring:

• Provide guidance and mentorship to students, fostering their interest in robotics and coding.

• Encourage teamwork, critical thinking, and a growth mindset.

4. Assessment:

• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.

• Organize and evaluate student projects and assignments.

5. Classroom Management:

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of students during classes.

6. Parent Communication:

• Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians regarding students' progress and achievements.

Qualifications:

• Studied and completed in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering, Education, etc.).

• Strong passion for robotics, coding, and STEM education.

• Prior experience in teaching or mentoring children.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Scratch, Python, or others.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience, creativity, and adaptability.
