Account and Client Service Manager (Full Time)Job Summary: The Account and Client Service Manager at the School of Robotics (SOR) is responsible for managing client relationships, driving enrolment growth, and ensuring a superior customer experience for parents and students. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for all parent inquiries, managing accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver top-notch educational services. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and students, ensuring their satisfaction with SOR robotics and coding courses. Act as the main point of contact for parents, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally. Regularly communicate with parents and students to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Sales and Enrolment Management: Drive enrolment growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities for student registrations. Present and promote our programs to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of robotics and coding education. Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to enrolment, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Client Queries and Issue Resolution: Respond to inquiries via email, phone, or in person, providing accurate information about SOR courses and services. Resolve any client issues or complaints efficiently, coordinating with trainers and internal teams to ensure student success. Provide ongoing support and recommendations to enhance the learning experience. Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with the administrative and marketing teams to ensure parents'/students' needs are met and exceeded.
